1. Service Scope
This international SMS service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") allows users to send international SMS through our platform. The Service covers many countries and regions around the world, but the specific coverage may vary depending on the service provider, network conditions and the laws and regulations of the destination country.
2. User Qualifications
Users must have legal identity and full civil capacity, and promise to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement when using the Service.
3. Fees and Payment
(1) Service fees may vary depending on factors such as the destination, number of messages sent, and length of SMS. Users must pay the corresponding service fees in accordance with our pricing policy.
(2) Service fees may be deducted or settled through the user's mobile phone bill, prepaid account or other payment methods designated by us.
(3) Users should ensure that there is sufficient balance or credit in their payment account to pay the service fee, otherwise we have the right to suspend or terminate the service.
4. SMS Content
(1) The content of SMS sent by users must be legal and compliant and must not contain any illegal, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content on the privacy or rights of others. (2) We have the right to review the content of SMS and refuse to send or delete any SMS that violates this Agreement or laws and regulations.
5. Sending Restrictions
(1) We may limit the sending frequency, quantity, destination, etc. to ensure the stability and quality of the service.
(2) Users should use the service reasonably and shall not engage in malicious volume brushing, spamming, etc.
6. Service Interruption and Termination
(1) We may cause service interruption due to system failure, network problems, maintenance and upgrades, etc. We will take measures to restore the service as soon as possible.
(2) If the user violates this agreement or laws and regulations, we have the right to suspend or terminate the service and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
